Actually to fix oodbs error is preety easy.
Start -> cmd -> regedit
Then seek for path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
and there under BootExecute remove OODBS string
Voila! OODBS Windows XP error gone.
You wonder what was causing this windows loading error? OODBS is actually a chdisk file of O&O Defrag program and you must have uninstalled it before.
