Okay so this are profiles with advertisment of drugs without prescription made on high pr sites. Of course making such profile wont make you hit top10 of google. You also need some link injection skills and tools like xrumer to get backlinks. So why do i post about that? Have a look at first 2 examples. After registering you can EDIT the links. That means you can simple hijack top10 for pharmacy keywords. Somebody put those wikipedia viagra profiles into google top10 and you can just go there, edit link and wait for the money.
