Lately got new computer and as always theres loads of trouble. When you are connecting Ipod or Ipad to Windows7 computer iTunes wont start or they will but will deny to work properly. And the nasty windows notification will show up with Scan and Fix Removable Drive.
The fix to this isue [irritatign with all USB software but iPods at most!] take this simple steps:
Start-> msconfig
Go to Services Tab and seek for Shell Hardware Detection that you have to uncheck.
Restart Windows
Voila Ipod works good on Windows7 and Vista from now
